Vula PPE is a third-party distributor specialising in the resale of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). We are an approved distributor of Dromex products and operate under Sequel Suppliers, which manages the importation and shipping of our goods.
We also recognise and acknowledge other respected PPE brands such as Rebel Safety Gear and Guard, ensuring our customers have access to a diverse and high-quality range of options.
Vula PPE does not manufacture any PPE or related products. Instead, we source and resell PPE items from trusted, compliant suppliers such as Dromex, Rebel Safety Gear, and others.
We guarantee that all items distributed meet South African industry safety standards and applicable regulations. Quality control and product integrity are priorities in all sourcing processes.
Customers may apply for a credit account with Vula PPE. To qualify, the following conditions must be met:
A fully completed credit application form.
Consent to a credit check prior to approval.
Approved credit accounts operate under a 30-day payment agreement. This means payment must be made in full within 30 calendar days from the invoice date.
Payments not received within 30 days will incur a late payment fee.
Continued non-payment may result in additional penalties and potential suspension of credit facilities.
Penalty amounts and notices will be clearly communicated to customers.
Vula PPE reserves the right to take legal action for accounts severely overdue.
All orders are subject to product availability from our suppliers. If an item is out of stock, customers will be notified and provided with alternatives or lead times.
Sequel Suppliers oversees the physical shipment of products, while Vula PPE manages customer communication, order tracking, and delivery coordination.
Delivery timelines and associated fees are confirmed upon order.
Vula PPE is not liable for supplier or customs delays but will work proactively to keep customers informed.
Returns are accepted for the following:
Defective products
Incorrect items shipped
All issues must be reported to Vula PPE within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
All returns and exchanges will be facilitated in accordance with the original supplier’s policy. Vula PPE cannot guarantee the success of returns not caused by our own error but will support the process.
We guarantee that all PPE we sell complies with relevant safety standards. However, since we do not manufacture products, we are not responsible for design or production faults.
Customers are responsible for using PPE as per manufacturer guidelines. Improper use voids any warranty or liability claim.
Vula PPE reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to customers via email or on our website. Continued business with Vula PPE after a policy update implies acceptance of the revised terms.
