Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Must be returned within 14 calendar days of purchase.
Products must be free of stains, odours, dirt, or damage.

Items with embroidery, screen printing, or custom branding
Sale or clearance items unless defective
Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., masks, earplugs) unless sealed and unused
Dromex, Bova, Rebel, Barron, Jonsson, Javlin, Watt, Dräger, and others.
Machines must be unused and returned in original packaging.
Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Faulty machines can be returned within 14 days for inspection.
Machines used or damaged due to misuse or failure to maintain
Equipment opened or tampered with by unauthorized personnel
All beans are roasted fresh in-house and are considered perishable.
Non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a verifiable quality issue.
Complaints must be made within 3 calendar days of delivery and must include photographic evidence.
Taste preferences are not grounds for return.
Machines are inspected and quality checked before return.
No refunds will be issued for services already completed.
If a repair fails within 7 calendar days, we will re-evaluate at no additional cost.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Refund processing may take 7–14 business days after approval.
Account-based clients will receive a credit note instead of a cash refund.
Refunds are subject to inspection and management approval.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage.
Vula PPE is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.
